  37. Honestly I have no idea.  I was kind of hoping that somebody who
  38. (a) cares, and (b) knows something VMS C programming and OpenSSL
  39. (or HP SSL) on VMS will sort this stuff out.

  41. I do know that in Unix, OPENSSL_097 must be defined for building
  42. against OpenSSL 0.9.7 or later, because of the "great consonant shift".
  43. Maybe that has something to do with it.
